Shipping & Delivery

The short version: free shipping on every US order, processing within 1–3 business days, delivery 4–9 business days after dispatch, with a tracking link in your inbox the moment it ships. Below is everything else worth knowing.
1. Free US shipping, always
Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order value, no "free above $50" tricks, no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
2. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC, including residential addresses, apartments and PO boxes. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories is possible but typically takes several days longer than the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship internationally yet.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays enter processing the next business day. During major sale periods processing can run a day longer — if so, we'll note it on the site.
4. Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 4–9 business days. Counted from the moment you order, most packages arrive within 5–12 business days in total (processing plus transit). Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: count on roughly a week longer.
These are realistic estimates we actually hit, not marketing numbers. Exact timing depends on the carrier and your location; rural addresses can sit at the upper end of the range.
5. Tracking
The moment your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. Two things worth knowing:
- The first tracking scan can take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping email — the label exists before the first carrier scan.
- Tracking sometimes shows no movement for a few days mid-transit, especially between hub scans. That's normal and almost never means the package is lost.
6. Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — apartment numbers especially. We ship to the address you enter, exactly as entered. Spotted a typo after ordering? Email info@nightveilmask.com immediately: before the package ships we can fix it freely. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we contact you to arrange reshipment.
7. Not home for delivery?
NightVeil packages are compact and usually fit a standard mailbox, so no signature is needed and delivery simply happens. If a carrier can't deliver, they follow their standard process — leaving the package securely, attempting redelivery, or holding it at a local facility — and you'll be notified directly by the carrier.
8. Delayed, lost or damaged packages
If your package is clearly delayed (no movement for 10+ days), marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged: email info@nightveilmask.com with your order number. We take it from there — checking with the carrier, and if the package is genuinely lost or damaged, reshipping for free or refunding in full. You never absorb the cost of a failed delivery.
For damaged deliveries, a quick photo of the package and contents helps us claim with the carrier — please report visible damage within 14 days of delivery.
9. Order changes & cancellation
You can cancel or change an order free of charge any time before it ships (within the 1–3 business day processing window) — just email us. After shipping, the 30-night money-back guarantee covers you instead: see nightveilmask.com/returns.
